Berdych 2-0 +100 (1) ~ It was a nice run for a player like Niemenen. He had been bounced early from the French and had a nice chance to get ready for this tournament. Berdych just has too much, and the only problem he has is letting down against a big name opponent (Roddick in the Davis for example). Niemy isnt enough to get him off his game, and the cinderella story goes away in straights.

Baghdatis -150 (1) ~ The guy is all about feeling comfortable one the court. He has several hot streaks last year, and his body looks like it is in much better shape. Getting Bag-man at this price is a steal, and Kohlscheriber shouldnt be able to push his way to a victory against a shot maker like Marcos.

Roddick 2-0 -120 (1) ~ Anyone reading this post will understand this play. The odds are better, and Andy is simply playing wonderful tennis. The 0-8 USA men in the French seemed to spark a fire. Andy rolls at 4 and 4.

Clement wins 2-0; Any other result -340 (.5) ~ Mahut beat a very solid player in Nadal and should at least get a set here. I am tempted to ride Mahut, but he could have blown his nuts. Ill bet a couple units that he gets at least one set.

I think Nieminen might give a fight but on the other hand he has bad record against top 20 players. Nieminen's ability to chance the tempo is enough to get any opponent off from the rail who has not a good day but not likely today.

Good luck :103631605

Berdych hits, and wins 2-0! Nice one there.

I've taken Tursunov to beat Roddick, as I think his high price has alot of value. Roddick has been very lucky to make it to the semis this year. His first serve has been just about the only good thing in his game. I watched him against Bogdanovic. Boggo managed to dictate the entire match with his groundstrokes. He was hitting the lines and moving Andy all round the court. Roddick's returns were poor and he was struggling with his groundstrokes, constantly hitting short balls. He's going to have to really improve today to get the win.

Good luck!

Thanks fellas. Rhino, the reason I still like Roddick in this spot is because Tursonov is not a big time shot maker. Boggo had the ability to open up the court from both sides, and Tursonov just cant do that. I hope all you guys are winning your plays, and Ill catch you around. Thanks for taking the time to check out my plays.

Nicely done with Baggy!

Rain is terrible. It's been hammering down for a good few hours. Doesn't seem like it will stop for a while.

It seems like whole England is under the rain and thunder coming :nohead:

At Birmingham in women tournament it just started to rain heavily and I heard they are going to play only one match if possible at Stella Artois. It is more like showers but the grass takes some time to breath before they can play on that. Not surprised if no tennis anymore today but hopefully I am wrong.

Nice wins for you today anyway.

Maby it goes even worse when the Wimbledon comes :missingte

Thanks for the updates guys, I really appreciate it. I wish we were getting some of that rain. It hasnt rained here in 3 months, and its starting to get really old. It looks like Roddick was going to go on first today. I hope they are at least able to get that match off. Do you guys have any ideas on prop bets for Wimbledon? I was thinking about taking the field against Federer at +190. It just seems like a guy like Hewitt or someone might be able to sneak up and get him in the early rounds if Federer's draw is tough. Cant wait to hear your thoughts.

The rain has finally stopped. Play will be starting in 5 mins. Roddick vs. Tursunov is the first match up.

As for Federer. He's too brilliant on grass to go against. I'll probably wait for the draw before I do anything.

Mahut's and Clement's match is going to be played on the court one if the rain stops and Tursunov's and Roddick's on the centrecourt.

I think there is seriously nobady who is a threat for Roger at Wimbledon if there will not be somebody new face who makes incredible rise of his level, yeah Tsonga, but without injuries this is Roger's tournament. Roddick has his serves and he can not win with these. Hewitt has no more ability what he once had and if he had he still would be no match for Roger in Roger's curren condition imo. Nadal has always his ability to rise the level of his game like last year when almost nobady believed he could go far but eventually he was the only player who got a set from Roger and I would like to say Nadal is his biggest threat on the grass too but Nadal is more likely not going to the final this year because of his lack of ability to read strong serves. Nalbandian had the game to trouble Roger once but we have seen how this donuts guy is playing nowadays but he is one potential threat. Berdych is good at grass but Federer owns him and Federer is too good returner to be surprised by somebody who has a big serve in best of five matches. Baghdatis gave Roger a hard fight 2006 at Australian Open but in the end Roger totally opened his game and Baghdatis has not gone forward from that. I do not know how badly Murray is injured, it might be possible for him to come to Wimbledon but he and Gasquet has the allcourt game to give Federer troubles. Gasquet on the other hand has given bad signs lately but I think he should get more power to his game, angles are right and Roger of course has mental edge over him. Youzhny should be no match for him but Djokovic is mentally very strong but hardly the hardest opponent on the grass.

So I think +190 for the field has a small value but it is more like a bad value imo. Maby waiting to the start of the tournament will give a bigger odds for the field because people usually like bet Federer heavily.

Yeah, game finally starting, fingers crossed it is not going to rain again.

Just can not believe Roddick breaks him 50-0, Tursunov and his mental issues. Tursunov must make some progress for his dropshots or whatever he means they are, almost everything to the net.

I know that was an easy break for Andy. I cant watch it on tv, so I have to just follow on the internet. Hopefully Mahut can hold on to this set and get that bet done early.

good post Levi.

Call me crazy but the two guys that I think that can knock him off grass are: A Murray or M Ancic. Ancic with the massive serves, mush improved game from the baseline, obviously good hands at the net. Andrew is an intelligent player, brilliant reader of serves. BOTH of these players have beatin' Roger in the past, Ancic being the last player to beat Roger on grass (in 2002!!!!,LOL!!!). They would obviosluy have to be in brilliant form, and perhaps need some help from the Grass King.....HOWEVER---------NEITHER of these fellas will be in top form comin' in, both very questionble actually as major issues with injuries (infact not certain if Mario will be there. How's his knee?) hence forget it. I really dont see him losing to anyone.

your spot on with Hewitt. As for Andy Vs Roger on grass in best-of-five? forget it, Andy aint winning

GREAT DAY ICC!!!!!!!!!!!
